The Office of Workplace Inclusivity and Opportunity (OWIO) advises and assists the U.S. Federal Trade Commission in carrying out its responsibilities and duties relative to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, other laws, executive orders, and regulatory guidelines affecting affirmative employment and the processing of EEO complaints.
