The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation’s consumer protection agency, and the State of Arizona settled a lawsuit against Government Careers Inc. According to the FTC, Government Careers Inc. falsely claimed it could help people get jobs with the government if they bought study materials from the company. But people who paid the fee found out there were no exams for the jobs they wanted or that there weren’t any jobs available.
As part of the settlement, the company agreed to pay money to provide partial refunds. If you received an email about this case, please click on the link below and provide your address so we can send your partial refund to you.
