Hello, my name is Joan Fiori. My husband was a McDonald's franchisee in the New York region. He had 5 stores and McDonalds did not renew his lease on the 5 stores. They did allow him to try to find a seller or a buyer. We were under contract. We found our own buyer for the stores and McDonald's refused to accept the buyer. I would like to speak to someone and discuss this further. I have documents where we went into contract. A $10,000 deposit was given by the buyer to us. Attorneys drew up the contract and McDonalds . . . . . There's a restraint of trade and I have documents that will prove it.
