It is my understanding you are soliciting input on disclosure policies on the Internet.

My opinion is if full disclosure were forced to be included with every advertising email ... it would create a tremendous bandwidth problem in that much more information than is normally necessary would be sent with every email.

If a requirement is necessary, then require the advertiser to structure a link back to his host where all the necessary disclosures would be contained. In this manner, those who choose to investigate the offer will have the information available.
