In my experience, the tsr is not working. I tell companies to take me off their lists and not call me again, but they still call repeatedly. The representatives do not identify themselves as selling anything--they say, for example, I have won $100, or that they are doing a study, etc. They hang up when I ask to be taken off their calling list.
