The Commission, by a vote of 5-0, has authorized publication of a notice of final rulemaking amending the premerger notification rules to reflect adjustment and publication of reporting thresholds as required by the 2000 amendments to Section 7A of the Clayton Act.

(Magellan) has filed a petition requesting the Commission’s approval of the proposed divestiture of certain assets recently acquired from Shell Oil Company (Shell).

Following a public comment period, the Commission has approved a final consent order in the matter concerning White Sands Health Care System, LLC.
