Commissioner Rosch will testify before the House Energy and Commerce Committee’s Subcommittee on Commerce, Trade, and Consumer Protection (Chairman Bobby Rush, D-IL) regarding exclusion payments legislation (HR 1706). The bill is the same as the measure introduced last Congress by Chairman Rush and full Committee Chairman Henry Waxman (D-CA). Due to time constraints, there will be only one panel, which, in addition to Commissioner Rosch, will include: Professor Scott Hemphill; AARP; Apotex; Teva (Ted Whitehouse); and PhRMA (Diane Bieri). |
