3:00 p.m. FTC Commissioner J. Thomas Rosch will be speaking twice at the Bates White Antitrust Conference, 1300 Eye Street, NW, Washington, DC. He will participate on a panel on retrospective merger enforcement policy and will give the Keynote Address following the Bates White Conference Dinner. The Keynote Speech title is “Antitrust Law Enforcement: What to Do About the Current Economics Cacaphony?”
