I have enclosed a letter from a constituent of mine, Fowler H. Low.

His company, "Johnston & Murphy," is concerned that the FTC will soon change the
requirements for "Made in the USA" labeling, adversely affecting this Nashville-based business.  I
was hoping that you could clarify what the current labeling requirements for "Made in the USA"
are and how they might be changed in the future.
