fees to be charged to telemarketers - $25.00 is a laugh - and much much too low. i think the fee per area code to use this list should Be $500.00 for each area code. it is clear that we need to stop all of this telemarketing. the telephone should NOT be an instrument of harassment. i think we should stamp out all telemarketing.
