My name WAS Mary C. (Catherine) Randolph. I lived in at the time. There was another Mary C. (Clara) Randolph who also lived in . Her credit history appeared on my credit report along with my credit history. It appeared that I had a great deal more debt than income. I contacted the three credit agencies with her accounts highlighted. They were to correct. I later applied for a home loan and the credit histories were still combined. I finally changed my name back to my maiden name to correct the situation. I don't understand how this can happen if the agencies are using one's social security number. Why put a ss# on an application if the credit agencies don't use them to correctly track one's credit history.
