Comments:
I have been disputing an account with MCI for the past three years and have not received a response. In attempting to obtain financing for a home, I found out that this disputed account has been sold or transferred to LCNV Funding, and there are numerous other collections actions related to this same account. For some reason, the account just keeps getting transferred or sold, and no action has been taken to try to settle the account and MCI will not give me a clear explanation of why they will not negotiate with me regarding this fraudulent account. LCNV funding has not contacted me either by phone or mail, but yet they are affecting my ability to obtain decent credit consideration by continuously putting this information on the three major credit bureaus. Thank you for your assistance.
