Incomplete Credit Reporting from Credit Card Companies. I.E. Capitol One or some Citi Bank's NOT reporting Credit Limits, or showing them as 0. So when I have a 1000 dollar balance. My credit score TANKS because my FICO (credit) score thinks I am Overlimit by 1000 dollars. Thanks.
