Comments:
I submitted a home loan application with Washington Mutual Bank in 7-2004. I recently requested my free annual credit report to my surprise my score had been lowered even more with the same data that was on the 2004 report. I asked Experian for an investigation of my credit report with no avail. Experian as not released to me the methods of that investigation as I requested. Something has to be done about these credit reporting agencies paying good. I attend to start a class action lawsuit ageinst Experian Credit Corporation regarding its unlawful credit reporting methods.
