Comments:Well Fico uses the Last day of Activity to determine Experian scores. When you dispute an item with Experian, they punish you by updating the Last Day of Activity to reflect the dispute day, thus causing the dispute item to look like it just happened and sinking your Fico score. Fico is very much aware of the problem (I belong to a consumer messageboard and most of us have file a complaint with Fico and Experian). They both have refuse to do anything about this problem.
