First USA continues to report to my credit files a collection account with past due amounts. This creditor was included in a chapt 7 Bk in 11/2003. I would like someone to look into this matter as i cant seem to get First USA or any of the three CRA's to do anything about it. it is severley hurting my scores and ability to re establish good credit.
