The alcohol industry has not self-regualted, and so the government has a responsibility to step in. While this substance should remain legal, the industry should not target those under 21. Current TV ads feature young women who look like teens. Numerous studies have shown that exposure to ads results in higher rates of youth drinking. We all know the pain and suffering this often causes to families. No one is immune. Please take the lead in governmental regulation of alcohol advertising.
