Clearly, we cannot count on the alcohol beverage industry to regulate itself. We have have far too many examples of marketing to underage and young drinkers with misleading messages to come to any other conclusion. If the Federal Trade Commission is serious about providing protection to consumers, especially the most vulnerable consumers, they will provide strict oversight of this industry.
