Government needs to protect the young, Small groceries stores in a residential community should not be allowed advertisements of alcohol drinks in the exterior or interior business, and within 500 ft of the business. In addition, why is it that local government is ignoring all the Federal and State guidelines in approving liquor licenses of all types. How can a suburb of Los Angeles, CA, Boyle Heights is allowed to continue approving new or transfer in liquor licenses when 249 licenses are active in a fifteen square miles ratios. with the request of "necessary and covenience to the people" in a low income community. Where crime is high, 60% high school drop outs, the number one killer in the area is alcohol related, high level of domestic abuse reporting, and addiction to alcohol is more evident in a latin community.
