I have reviewed the application of Aristotle International, Inc. and feel that their attempt to self-regulate their members would fail since their application lists almost no tangible penalty for members failing to remain in compliance with the guidelines.

Further there are a number of other companies that are well established in Safe Harbor and I feel that Aristotle International based on its own supplied background could not be effective in resolving complaints.

I implore this agency to decline the application of Aristotle International, Inc. at this time.
