Comments:I'm concerned about the lack of self policing from the alcohol industry. More and more ads are continually flooding the airwaves and print ads. Although I'm for businesses doing their fair share to earn income, I feel that the way the industry is marketing to youth is unacceptable. In particular, I do like the marketing strategy for Crown Royal in its NASCAR venture. It is creative and innovative, but again, it is still sending the wrong message. We must be able, as a community and a nation, take a stand and think about the negative impact of advertising to youth and families. Any assistance in this regard would be appreciated.
