I'm a small bussiness owner that is just starting out. This proposed business opportunity rule is going to make it more difficult for honest business builders to share their opportunites with others. With the eventual colapse of social security, I want to have some financial security in the future. The Business Opportunity Rule is ruining opportunities for americans.
