I feel this rule is unnessary. The American people are smart enough to know when they are being decieved. We don"t need another Govt.agency telling us how to live our lives. Spend some time investigating the companies who hire the people coming across our borders, pay them under the table and never pay taxes. I"m doing all I can to make this country a better place to live and work. I"ve been doing this for 50 years, I want my 8 grandchildren to be as proud of their country as I am. I"m sure they will do their part,and will expect the leaders of govt. to do theirs. Thanks for listening Donald Cushman
