To Whom It May Concern: Thank you for the opportunity to express my concern about the new FTC pending rulings for network marketing. If it were not for network marketing, I would not be able to provide quality care for my children. I need network marketing and the freedom it provides me as a mother and a responsible small business owner in the United States. I do not have to be fearful for the care and safety of my children while at the same time having the opportunity to provide financially for my family in a responsible way. I pray you will consider this new ruling carefully. Judy Byron
