I dont' believfe ,that you need all these rules, Only thing is a Company should have rule that says, they are responsible for the securoty of site, for bugs, and if you become affialte or partner,they , will never be able to change the status once person has signed up , unless person drops thier self from program. All these rules I've read is jsut another wayh of Fed's wnat ot control, the America People, while, EU and other nation, take all the profits, So, I iwll say to FCC, or Govt', stops this wild, ride on rules, that jsut slows American people down. I've been working and watching the web for as long as it's been here, and you guys are ,again, getitng into control,that put's America in the back yard of tomorrow. So enough of this, and I will say ,even to you, Being a Retired Army, if you don't ,when t he troops come home, you, are going to cause ,our land ot turn into Iraq streets. We dont' ahvfe the same, metal group of Military we had back in my time. Or Vietnam. So, you can take this to heart. We are moving to slow on net world,and to fast on buildt up of expanding of home snad building taking up our farm land. Not cause he or she hasn't done a piece of business for 30days, I mean, with the cost fo living going up,faster then you can afford to help yourself, is nuts. So, if they say, they can't be responsible for errors or can't keep site up,then they shouldn't be able to be in business. Most peopel dont' have but couple hours a week, and can't afford to buys leads all time,and when most leads aren't worth money you pay for,cause so many older people, thank, Gov't going to look after them . That group is 49% of Populations. So, it's going to get harder since Gov't saying I will take care of you BULL. Rest of use can't afford that. I watched one day at a soup place, Soup meaning food, for poor being used from people ,that live on a Boat, that is 30 to 45 ft long, REtired Military, back in ther younger years, I don't care to be in that group guys. CAn't spell woth a hoot neither. Well, STOP the errousion of our Net world. You already given China,India, Europe ,most of our Country.. We mean to build it back.
