The proposed Rule R511993, without modification would make it a hardship for distributors like myself . I have attached a letter that I am sending to the FTC as well as to my Senators, Governors and to the President of the United States. Network Marketing is a godsend to me and will allow me to live with dignity. Without it I could be a burden on my family, and the State and County where I live as well as any Federal programs, utility programs, or other such programs available to the population for the purpose of helping those who are in need, which are becoming more and more scarce or more strict. Network marketing is a valuable and viable resource that will allow constituents to live "the American dream", to have the prosperous abundance that every person should have access to achieve. As more and more jobs are taken away from the American people, and more and more are finding they can't rely on a company to always be there, or be there for them with Retirement benefits or health insurance, then Network Marketing is and can be the answer to many Americans and allow them to live prosperously, without being a burden on our Federal and State Governments. America's own National Debt is a warning to all of us that the help is not always going to be there and we need to help ourselves. Already, there are 13 million people involved with Network Marketing and if this Rule is not modified, so that it works for all of us, then many of those 13 million could become a burden on our Government programs. And who wants that to happen? And we know Network Marketing helps our economy to the tune of $29 billion as reported in the year 2003. Network marketing is good for our country, our people and our government. Thank you.
