Gentlemen, Regarding proposed R511993 rules. As a consumer I resent this proposal which serves to obstruct my right to access the products I want without government interferance or added blocks, delays and inevitable increased costs in getting the products I want. Basic business policy is let the buyer beware. The only thing this proposal will do is facilitate the large corporations with a weapon to suppres free competition from Multilevel marketers and small business. I do not trust the politicians, global corporations or your department either. I oppose this government intervention and I oppose spending tax dollars to support your operation to establish and enforce this endeavor. You can bet that I speak for the vast majority of Americans.
