To whom it may concern: I think that this new Business Rule R511993 will not help. As an artist I dont have always an income and as an Associate of Pre-paid legal Services Inc., a top NYSE company that offers a network marketing opportunity to individuals throughout North America, I can earn the needed money. So I am really happy that there is this business opportunity for me and that I can offer it to other artists and people too. The new business rule would be more a barrier than anything else therefor I am against it. Many thousands of people can make additional money which indeed helps the society. A 7-day waiting period before being able to get involved in creating one's home-business is just against the American Dream. It is not what the Statue of Liberty stands for.,It will create confusion and problems. So therefore I ask to keep the system the way it is as it had been successful for millions of Americans.
