To whom it may concern: The new proposed ruling is unjust and can have a negative impact on the entire direct selling industry. There is no reason why good companies such as Shaklee should pay such a high price because other companies may not be doing the right thing. This ruling has the potential of ruining many up and coming business such as mine. Don't let this happen. Harry Trinidad
