Dear FTC, Although I understand that some provisions could be made to insure that people are not "duped" into being the victims of fraud, I strongly disagree in the proposed restrictions which would place a huge burden on us as we build our business. I am very much against the Business Opportunity Rule which could seriously burden our legitimate business in a sea of red tape. Perhaps you will find an avenue which would not negatively affect the efforts of the honest business owners in this country. Thank you Janet L.
