This proposed rule change to the business opportunity rule, 16 CFR part 437 places an undue strain on millions in our business, who have been fairly and without deciet distributing quality products through an open and legitimate network, to customers and organization members for decades. In an attempt tocorral the industries that may abuse customers and potential business prospects, this change would harass and unnecessarily damage a great business, as Shaklee is, which has done nothing if not provided benifit to all involved for fifty years.
