I can appreciate why this rule is proposed. It is so broad in it's application that it will kill so many direct sales organizations. I for one require a home based business because of my health. The restrictions would not only impose additional costs but would negatively effect the customers that I serve. I take a lot of pride in the service I provide as I work my way back to health for myself and the customers I serve. Can you imagine putting a waiting period on retail sales at the mall? How about the problems around privacy where people are already very sensitive. I'm confident you will make a good decision. We both want to protect the comsumer.
