I feel this proposed rule change is cost prohibited to all business, especially small business. The cost of a Ford or Subway putting all this information together for someone inquiring about an opportunity on opening a car deallership/sandwich shop with their world wide sales would increase their cost of business dramatically. Taking this down to the small business where there are only a couple of employees and time already being a precious commodity and this would be very hard to track and cost prohibitive to store the the additional materials for the required amount time.
