There are many many legitimate business out there. Lots of working mothers that use direct sale businesses to add income to support their families and have fun doing it! Please do not pass this rule as it will cause extensive paperwork and effort. As it is, people that I work with 'want it now' and are hardly able to wait the week they have to wait right now. Another delay would put me out of business. There are thousands of honest, ethical direct sales associates out there that work hard to supplement their income. Please support them - this rule does not support nor protect them at all. We are all consumers as well and understand choices and fraud that occurs. We don't want fraud to occur any more than you do.
