I am opposed to any changes to the rules and regulations for home based businesses. These companies are outstanding in marketing great products and bringing in extra income for average Americans. Please don't make it difficult to operate by throwing mandatory burden on all the distributors. There are always disgruntled people in every organization, mostly because of their own fault, so they speak up in a very loud voice and the squeaky wheel always gets the grease. Usually they make everyone else miserable because they are the ones that our leaders always listen to and act upon, much to no one's advantage. Please don't change the present rules.
