I am an independent seller and think this new rule is a very poor proposal. Most of the industry is legitimate and you are unfairly penailizing the successful companies and individuals whom have worked hard at developing and creating such a business. Maybe this rule should be for those who have violated or misled others and not punished our legitimate business. David Sherman
