Dear Sir/Madam: I wish to ask you not to implement the above stated rules for the following reasons: 1. They are not needed. Adequate consumer protection is now on the books. 2. They are unjust to the seller. 3. They are a major inconvenience for the buyer. 4. They are unworkable in the real world of commerce. 5.
