I am against the proposed amendment for businesses to provide disclosure statements to each purchaser within 7 days. This onerous requirement would put small distributors like me out of business and would be a tremendous hindrance to anyone desiring to start a business in Shaklee. Any disclosure of fraud or the like should already be available if the party was found guilty. Should every consumer receive disclosures on all they purchase? I have emailed an additional letter of more detail
