Please Please give more consideration to the effect that this ruling is going to have on small business owners such as myself. The 7 day "waiting period" alone will affect the number of consultants that I may sign up. Many companies are sued for many reasons.....having to provide proof of all lawsuits to potential consultants will definately induce doubt. This will be very burdensome to small business owners who are honest hard - working people who are not "scammers". I have 3 children that I am supporting and each new consultant that i sign, puts more food upon my table. Perhaps you could ascertain certain companies without (X amount of years in business) may have to comply with this ruling. The company I am involved with has been in business since 1994, it is very profitable, very honest, and it is truely an "opportunity". Please dont make some "bad apples" spoil the whole bunch!! Again I emplore you!! Please, Please, do not take my livelyhood away by passing this rule. Sincerely, DeAnna M. Fowler
