Business Opportunity Rule R511993 - This regulation would cause way too much of a burden on myself and other distributors of a product. There are already checks in place for consumers to receive remedy. With overregulation and more rules and paperwork people will be losing their livelihoods. I hope you'll not pass this regulation and think of the people in America who are working for a living and need the ability to sell a product effectively, quickly and safely and not have a 7 day waiting period.
