I strongly OPPOSE the passage of any laws that hinder business opportunities such as 16 CFR Part 437 of the Business Opportunity Ruling. Any companies that I have ever been involved with who operate using multi-level-marketing already have in place many rules and regulations, especially regarding the purchase of large amounts of merchandise. They also will refund your money upon the return of the merchandise that you have purchased if you change your mind. LEAVE SMALL BUSINESS ALONE!!
