I think it is a GREAT idea to regulate these businesses a little bit more closely. People need to have good, reliable information when making a business decision. All too often, recruiters play on people's emotions and convince them to start a business in the heat of the moment that might not actually be in their best interest. If a company wants to attract those who will succeed in their opportunity, that company will not be afraid of a wating period. If the opportunity is right for me today, it will still be right for me in a week. If I change my mind, it is because I was able to examine the information out there and determine that it was not in my best interest. With the millions of people who have been tricked into frontloading, buying motivational tools, etc., it is good to see something being done to keep consumers from being misled. Don't let the scammers change your stance on this.
