I would like to express my opposition to the passage of this Rule! I have a part time business and work 12-14 hours at my business. You people need to concentrate on issues that are more important and stop drumming up ways to hurt the middle man and prevent us from trying to increase our standard of living. Instead of prohibiting a person from establishing a part time business and trying to make ends meet without placing ridiculous constraints on a small business owner try constrating on issues that will benefit the small business owner!
