I am VERY upset about the ridiculous 17 pages of rules you want to impose on honest people . This is stupid. Seven-Day Waiting Period -Casts direct selling plan in a negative light -Leads to record keeping and administrative problems -Causes unnecessary delays Litigation Reporting -Is unfair that it does not distinguish between winning and losing lawsuits References -Is impractical to find 10 nearest distributors -Raises privacy issues due to ID theft and safety Appreciate FTC's Goals, But -We understand there may be fraudulent groups out there, but the FTC's proposed rule would unfairly target legitimate direct selling businesses. I have been in an honest direct selling business for over 12 years. This is my livelihood and only source of income. I have many good loyal customers and have contributed greatly to helping others build an income as well. Rules like you suggest would put honest people out of business, and create more unemployment and hardships on may good hard working people while allowing crooks to find another way to cheat, and lie and steal. PLEASE DROP THIS IMMEDIATELY, or you will have hundreds of people on the welfare roles and out of work. Thank you.
