I would like to speak out against such a ruling. Where as a few "bad apples" can ruin the bunch, I don't feel the government needs to get into our lives any more with this knee-jerk ruling. I have been involved with Alpine Industries and now EcoQuest International for over 17 years. It has been very good for my family and the many business owners I have empowered to earn money and assist partially or solely with supporting their family and giving more spending money to be put back into their communities. That does not go without saying the thousands of people that have had the quality of their life improved by being able to breathe clean air and drink clean water. Our company has a industry first of a 3-7 day trial period for our units before customers buy them. Many of us simply give a 30 money back guarantee. Corporate has an industry leading 3 year warrenty on all our equipment we sell. We do not need any further interference into our business's that would also create another layer of government costing tax payers to cover the bill. I strongly urge you to rule against 16 CFR Part 437.
