Good morning, The Business Opportunity Rule being considered is horribly unfair to those of us who have been working with reputable companies, conducting legitimate business and creating an income stream that is vital to our families. I have been with Nature's Sunshine for 11 years. with Nikken for 7 and joined Melaleuca this past December. The requests for income documentation, success/failure rate and the seven day waiting period are all aspects of this bill that are unfair. Yes, there are companies that fabricate earnings potential and who take up front dollars and disappear. This is NOT the case with companies I work with which in total represent 80 YEARS of reputable business stability, growth and integrity. I, for one, am a single mother who has relied solely on the income generated from my home based businesses to provide for myself and my family. Income not only today, but income counted on for my retirement and beyond. This bill should not be passed under any circumstance and is a blatant attempt to unfairly punish those of us who have worked with integrity in growing a home-based business for many years. Sincerely,
