Dear Sir/Madam: If adopted in its present form, Business Opportunity Rule R51193 will negatively impact my livelihood as a Nature’s Sunshine distributor. Nature’s Sunshine complies with all applicable buy back requirements and always makes it easy for individuals to exit the Company if the business opportunity is not right for them. The seven-day waiting period inherent to Business Opportunity Rule R51193 is unnecessary and will interfere with my ability to enter into lawful transactions and enroll new distributors. I believe Business Opportunity Rule R51193 will create unnecessary, burdensome paperwork that will hamper my right to earn supplemental income to support my family. Business Opportunity Rule R51193 should not be adopted. Sincerely,
