I have been full time in networking for 15 years. I wrote the book Spellbound and was the lead witness against Equinox for the FTC. I know the problems with fraud in our industry, but these proposed rules will hurt the legitimate business opportunities and little effect the scams. Please work with some of the leaders in MLM to devise rules that do what we all want. We want to do away with scams as much as you do. When I worked with the attorneys from the FTC during the Equinox case, I was shocked at their lack of knowledge of our industry. We live this industry everyday. Please let us help you design legislation that will help and be supported by all of us. Best,
