This proposed ruling adversly effects my business because of the very cumbersom rules it sets in motion that must be adhered to in the sponsoring process. When someone is signing up as a distributor with less than a $50 kit or processing charge and then purchases less than $500 worth of products and then those products have a 30 day money back guarantee, why is this rule needed? It would seem more needed if the proposed new distributor were purchasing more than $500 in initial products because there have been abuses with larger purchases. However this seems very un-needed for initial purchases of less than $500 where the new distributor has a 30 day or more money back guarantee. The new distributor is already fully protected in these cases. Please reconsider this proposed ruling for posible modification to initial product purchases over $500. Thank you. Respectfully,
