This business opp. rule would place an excessive burden on all individuals in all types of businesses in the area of recruting new members. It is not your responsibility to save us from our own eneptness in checking out companies. It is up to the individual to properly check out the integrity, viability, solvancy, strength, of the companies seeking to grow by inlisting members to buy and or sell their products. It has never been the job of the government to micromanage our lives. But to serve our needs and advise us as a third party might at the corporate level, and then let us make our own choices. One of the attributes of Freedom is the right to fail if we choose to. My vote on this bill is that you vote this down. That means no, I do not want this.
